Then, fuel up with our famous Protein Pancakes and maybe some fresh mimosas – we use only the freshest ingredients! Perfectly energized, head to Pima Canyon Trailhead (about a 4.6-mile drive) for a invigorating hike. This makes for an ideal outdoor day, perfect for active families. Remember, we’re open daily from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, so plan to arrive early, especially on busy weekend mornings, as we don't take reservations.
