Our Belief
“A restaurant’s reach goes further than its dining room. When we have a patio, a platform, and a community who trusts us, we have a responsibility to use all three for good.”
Our commitment to animals is year-round.
U.S. Egg was founded as a family restaurant, and family means looking out for those who cannot look out for themselves. Every few years something changes at our table — our city grows, our community’s needs shift — but the instinct to give back never does. The Paws Program is our commitment to Arizona’s animals: a year-round effort that pairs each season’s featured rescue with the warmth, visibility, and resources this community has given us for 38 years. It sits alongside our broader giving-back family that supports veterans, foster youth, and Arizona neighbors in need — because doing right by people and doing right by animals come from exactly the same place.

When Two Hearts Become One Forever
EIN 93-2915746 · Founded by Krizia Claudia · heartofinfinity.org
Heart of Infinity Rescue Foundation
Heart of Infinity Rescue Foundation is a foster-based 501(c)(3) organization operating right here in Arizona — EIN 93-2915746. They do not run a shelter. They run a lifeline. Every day, dogs of every breed land on Maricopa County's euthanasia list. Heart of Infinity pulls them off it.
Founded by Krizia Claudia, the rescue is built entirely on the dedication of foster families. Without fosters, there is no rescue — it is that direct. Dogs arrive from the county list, receive veterinary care and behavioral support in a real home, and are matched with families who are genuinely ready for them. No breed is turned away. No dog is written off.
Their tagline says it plainly: When Two Hearts Become One Forever. That is the outcome they work toward, one foster home and one adoption application at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about the May 2 event, fostering, adoption, or our donation match program.
Donate any amount to Heart of Infinity in-store on May 2 and your server hands you a U.S. Egg gift card for the same amount on the spot — no app, no form. The match runs dollar for dollar until the total program donations reach $5,000 for the day. After that cap is reached, donations are still gratefully accepted and go fully to Heart of Infinity.
Yes, and they are encouraged. Our North Scottsdale patio is dog-friendly for leashed, well-socialized dogs. Free Pupachinos and Bacon Sickles are waiting for them. Just keep your pup leashed and give the rescue dogs plenty of space — some of them are still learning to trust.
Adoption is handled entirely by Heart of Infinity Rescue. You submit an application, go through a screening conversation, and complete a home check. If you have other pets, the team arranges a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is compatible. It is thorough because Heart of Infinity genuinely cares where each dog lands. Start your application at heartofinfinity.org.
One hundred percent of your donation goes to Heart of Infinity Rescue Foundation — a registered 501(c)(3), EIN 93-2915746. Funds cover veterinary care, spay and neuter, behavioral support, and the day-to-day costs of running a foster-based rescue in Arizona. Nothing is skimmed for administrative overhead at the event level.
Absolutely. Show up and eat brunch — your presence and any donation you make directly support the rescue's work. You can also apply to foster, which is genuinely the backbone of Heart of Infinity's model. Without foster families, dogs stay on the euthanasia list. Ask the Heart of Infinity team at the event about fostering, or visit heartofinfinity.org to learn more.
Not necessarily. Heart of Infinity coordinates which dogs attend based on their temperament, foster availability, and how many homes they can comfortably manage on a busy patio. Some dogs shown in the gallery may have already been adopted. Check heartofinfinity.org closer to the event for the confirmed attendee roster, and follow them on Instagram at @heartofinfinityrescue for day-of updates.
