By opting in to receive text messages from U.S. Egg Restaurant — whether through our Family Rewards program, waitlist, or reservation forms — you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include:

  • Egg Shells (points) earned notifications
  • Loyalty tier updates and promotions
  • Reward and coupon code delivery
  • Account and order notifications
  • Waitlist status updates (e.g., table ready notifications)
  • Reservation confirmations, reminders, and updates

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from U.S. Egg.

Your Consent

Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any other consent or agreement. By checking an SMS opt-in checkbox on any of our forms (loyalty signup, waitlist, or reservation), you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from U.S. Egg Restaurant at the mobile number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. U.S. Egg does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message from U.S. Egg: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your phone number solely for U.S. Egg Family Rewards communications and account verification. Your SMS data is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) for message delivery under strict confidentiality agreements. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
