8. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to the U.S. Egg Family Rewards SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from U.S. Egg Restaurant at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include:

• Egg Shells (points) earned notifications
• Loyalty tier updates and promotions
• Reward and coupon code delivery
• Account and order notifications
• Waitlist and reservation confirmations

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with U.S. Egg. You may receive messages when you earn points, reach a new loyalty tier, redeem a reward, or check your balance. Typical frequency is 1–10 messages per month.

Costs

Opt-Out

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
